Transformation to Varaha Infra Limited (VIL):
In recognition of the evolving industry landscape and to embrace a corporate ethos, the founders incorporated Varaha Infra Limited (VIL) on 11th April 2008. VIL specializes in comprehensive infrastructure development including construction, maintenance, and upgradation of roads, bridges, BOT projects, and railways. The company strategically acquired the business and assets of M/s Varaha Construction Company, further consolidating its position.
